Mark B. Stafford, VA 47157 8/26/2022 This place used to give a quality cut with a smile. None of the butcher's speak English to the point they can't understand your instructions. I had let my hair grow out way past my comfort zone to try a different look. I chose the only one at the time that was under 50yrs old not that age matters but I wanted someone that would understand the style I was going for. She spent a good twenty minutes on my left side and maybe five on the right. Sides and back are far from even. I asked for hard set jell and got sticky instead. Bad for helmets. I came back to get fixed and they gave me the same person I let her try but she was making it worse. No manager on site and no translator on site. Now I see why there isn't a wait like there used to be. The manager is welcome to reach out to me. i'm sorry but a boot camp barber doesn't butcher hair this bad and they are just using a #1 guard on new recruits.

My first haircut since the statewide shut down in northern Virginia. I have a front-line, customer-facing job and my appearance must meet the standards of the employer. I've had some difficulty in the past coaxing stylists and barbers to meet my rather exacting style requirements. Let me take this moment then to congratulate and honor Samantha, my stylist and new best friend at the Manassas SportClips. Samantha listened with extraordinary patience to my exacting haircut requirements, viewed the photos I'd taken three years ago of what I consider my all-time best haircut and then, to my utter amazement, executed PERFECTLY and within a 20 minute time frame from intro to exit. Extraordinary. If Samantha is the face of the franchise, this business will most certainly thrive and prosper.

Thanks to Sarah who always does a wonderful job on my haircut. She takes her time not rushing like some stylists do. She cares about the look she gives you. If you want your hair done nicely Sarah will do the job. always another job well done by her.
